I was in the servo last night to get some fuel (more on that in a separate post - might become two posts). While there I picked up a pack of mints. They were Eclipse mints that come in a little tin.
I was sitting in traffic this morning when I had a look at the pack. It has a plastic over-wrapper which stops the lid popping open before you crack the seal and open it.
Weird thing is that the ingredients were listed in English and FRENCH !! Now I am used to seeing product that might be made in Asia for the Oceania market that has ingredients listing in Thai and English, or any selection of languages that suit the region. The problem with the mints is they are aimed at Australia and New Zealand. Now last time I looked NZ was not a French speaking area of the world.
Maybe the frigtards at Wrigly in the US where the product is made think NZ is French speaking as they used to do all the French nuclear tests down there.
Weird.
- actually now I think about it there is French Polynesia down there. But why has it only got the Aus and NZ website and distributors listed, and not Wrigly, FP (or whatever it is called???)
